Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Bikini Luxe purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
Important Hygiene Notice
Due to their intimate nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective or you received an incorrect product:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Brazilian styles
- DD/E Swimwear
- F Cup Swimwear
- Maternity swimwear
These items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and item details.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA and order numbers. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear within 3-5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping to send your new item.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll apologize for the error and arrange a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement at no extra cost.
