Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt

Hygiene Restrictions

Due to their intimate nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective or you received an incorrect product:

• Bikini Bottoms
• Brazilian styles
• DD/E Swimwear
• F Cup Swimwear
• Maternity swimwear

These items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and item details
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
3. Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship your return using a tracked shipping service (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping to send your new item.
